The Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 open beta will reportedly start in mid-September, just six weeks before the game’s launch
was released in June, with an eight-minute video showing off a playthrough of a level called Dark Water. It sees Task Force 141 infiltrating an oil rig in the Gulf of Mexico in a bid to stop a missile launch that could spark a global conflict.
