The west of Ireland (Galway, Mayo, Roscommon) saw the largest increase outside of Dublin
New data from the Central Statistics Office saw the largest increase outside of Dublin at 14.9%, with the southeast only seeing a rise of 6.7%.
Furthermore, in December of last year, 5,213 dwelling purchases by households at market prices were filed with the Revenue Commissioners. This is an increase of 0.8% when compared to the 5,170 purchases that had taken place by December 2021. Coming in second was D06 'Dublin 6', where the median price was €670,000 with the third being D04 ‘Dublin 4’ which had a median price of €662,500.
