Data has shown the most expensive properties sold across Nottinghamshire in recent months. It accounts for houses sold from April to May.
Government data shows the most expensive was sold for just under £3m: The Poplars, located off Village Street in Edwalton, went for £2.8m. The property made the headlines a couple of years ago when neighbours raised concerns over an extension plan to build a new home next to it. The second most expensive home was a detached house sold for £1.5m - Abbotts Croft in Rose Meadows in Retford. It was followed by another detached property in Edwalton which sold for £1,060,000.Here are the 11 most expensive properties sold in Nottinghamshire in April to May, according to government data:
