Walking an alpaca is good for stress-relieving and relaxing
It's that time of year again when the Easter holiday is just around the corner, and parents are trying to find activities that the whole family can enjoy during the break. Whilst a trip to the seaside, the cinema or even a local nature reserve can be a good choice, why not look to do something a little more unusual and make some memorable moments.
Oak Tree Alpacas - Woodborough There are more than 40 alpacas at Oak Tree Alpacas, with the heard steadily growing over the past four years. In the past two years the farm has been lucky enough to have had 21 births, and staff members have been able to watch the babies, called crias, grow up. JandJ Alpacas - Dry Doddington, Newark There are 15 alpacas at J and J Alpacas, Newark, which are trained to go on treks with people. You can enjoy a walk past the ponds and through the woodlands as part of an hour on the farm experience.
