Outdoor dining and pints are back on the menu but things will be different
Failte Ireland is expected to be publishing their guidelines for the reopening of the hospitality sector today.
1) Maintaining a safe distance The guidelines are expected to say that tables will have to be a metre apart for both indoor and outdoor dining. 2) The time difference The key difference over the next few weeks will see the removal of a time limit for patrons that are visiting a restaurant or pub. 3) The capacity While there will be no limit on the overall number of people that businesses can serve outdoors, bookings will be limited to groups of six per table.
