The Sims 4 adds customisable pronouns in new update
EA and Maxis have been working with the It Gets Better Project and GLAAD to implement the long-awaited feature and ensure that it was done correctly., players can input custom pronouns in Create-a-Sim mode, including the Sim's subjective, objective, possessive, and reflexive pronouns.
This is currently only for the English version of the game, but the developers confirmed that they were planning further updates to improve the feature and support other languages."In our world today, we believe that gender neutrality plays a critical part in working towards a fully inclusive society," producer John Faciane added at the time.
