Some of the changes have been called 'hilarious'
The Harry Potter series has been translated into dozens of different languages since the first novel was published back in 1997.
One TikTok user recently posted about the rarely discussed translation, in a video that has since been viewed over two million times. User lucybethharris shared some of the "hilarious" differences between the two versions. That's not to say there aren't significant changes between the translation and the original English, however, starting with the name of the famous wizard school itself. In Fitt's translation, it is instead called Hogwats Schuil O Carlinecraft and Warlockery.
