Netflix has released the official trailer for The Swimmers, the upcoming biographical drama which hails from Sally El Hosaini.

Laura Radford/Netflix © 2022, the upcoming biographical drama centered around two young women’s gripping journey towards achieving their Olympic dreams. The film is scheduled to arrive in select theaters on November 11, followed by its streaming debut on November 23.
“The film follows the journey from war-torn Syria to the 2016 Rio Olympics,” reads the synopsis. “Two young sisters embark on a harrowing journey as refugees, putting both their hearts and champion swimming skills to heroic use.”is produced by Working Title’s Tim Bevan and Eric Fellner, alongside Ali Jaafar and Tim Cole with Stephen Daldry, Katherine Pomfret, and Tilly Coulson executive producing.
