Pleasanton's Hacienda Business Park, which already includes some homes, is increasingly being eyed for residential redevelopment.
Another piece of Pleasanton’s Hacienda Business Park is being eyed for residential use.
The project, which would include a mix of flats, townhomes and accessory dwelling units, will span 16 free-standing buildings and include 394 parking spaces and just more than 12,000 square feet of private open space. The site's existing zoning already allows for residential use. It was not clear Wednesday how many homes already exist in the park, which has employed a mix of residential and commercial uses since the early 1990s. The owners association did not respond to a request for comment.
