It may look like a normal ghd styling tool, but there’s a difference. Duet Style is actually a two-in-one tool that can style hair from wet, eliminating the need to dry your hair with a hair dryer before styling with a tool. Plus: it works on all hair textures. Sounds too good to be true? It’s not. Simply put, it’s a hair dryer and a straightener in one, with the technology and research built up over ghd’s years of experience informing this single, clever bit of hair tech.
How does it work? The tool has what ghd is calling Airfusion technology, which uses air flow at 150° , and plates that heat up to 120°, to style and dry simultaneously without damaging the hair. It takes roughly three to four passes through each section of hair to dry and style. If you’re worried your hair just won’t dry properly, there’s also a hot air vent to dry your roots, which operates at a lower temperature to avoid applying extreme heat to the sensitive scalp.
