A teacher has shared three Christmas gifts that are typically given by caring parents during the festive season - but she's not a fan of them and people have mixed views
A brutally honest teacher has set the internet ablaze with her latest TikTok video discussing the Christmas presents she would rather not receive from parents.
These presents typically range from homemade cards to scented candles, which usually result in teachers driving home with a car full of gifts. But one American elementary school teacher named Natalie, known on TikTok as @primaryfocus, shared her honest views on certain presents that teachers could well do without.Read more: I’m upset that my family didn’t get my kids Christmas presents
Next, she revealed that sweets aren't a big hit either: "Listen, it's cool that you want to get everybody donuts but you need to ask ahead when and if the teacher is OK with that, because what it is for us is a giant sugar high from all of our kids and then the sugar crash. It's just way too much sugar, especially for the little guys."
Opinions on her remarks were mixed, with one viewer bluntly saying: "Reason why I don't give teachers c**p."
