Police have confirmed that the front tow hook cover was removed from a Vauxhall Zafira in Field Road, Watford, at 1.05am on Monday, October 10.
When the owner posted about the theft online, a man responded saying the exact same thing happened to him the next night, with the same part stolen from the same make of car in Aldenham Road.The man appears to notice the car In the camera footage a man can be seen casually walking in the road before bending over to remove the cover and walking off.
