Questions about Biden’s mental acuity and physical health have also risen, especially after the president turned 80 years old last weekend.“If I were making an argument to him as to why he should step aside, I’d say, ‘Joe Biden, you’re every second of 80 years old, and you’ve done these great things. … It’s time to pass the baton to the next generation,'” she said.
“I think the inability for him to pass [the baton] to Kamala Harris is probably his best job protection,” Conway said.
