This Is Us creator Dan Fogelman reacts to the show's emotional ending with a message to fans. The drama originally premiered on NBC on September 20, 2016, surprising viewers with the fact that the five 30-year-olds who the show followed were actually in different timelines, with three of the lead characters being the eventual children of the other two.
The This Is Us season 6 finale on May 24, 2022 just concluded the show's acclaimed run. The finale, which was titled"Us," was the 106th episode of the series as a whole.
