This Morning viewers were all left saying the same thing as Alison Hammond and Josie Gibson took over hosting duties on the show today. Friday, 14 June’s episode of This Morning saw a presenting shake-up as Dermot O’Leary, 51, who usually presents alongside Alison, was replaced by Josie.
Another wrote: “Love Alison Dermot Josie & Rylan. Makes me want to watch again", while a third wrote: “Why can’t we always have Alison and Josie presenting. They’re the best and a great laugh.”As they kicked off the show, Alison explained Dermot’s absence, saying: "Dermot's on holiday this week. He deserves the break! But you are my Louise to my Thelma, my partner in crime.
It comes amid reports that the BBC are trying to lure Alison away from ITV. The broadcaster has reportedly offered the star, who has become a fan-favourite since joining the daytime show in 2002, her own travel show.
