So often, we only focus on people's successes. But Steve has found that it's the failures – and how someone deals with them – that really tells you what kind of person they are.I'm often surprised at how many companies fail to get their accountability system in order. How can you hope to keep employees on track with half-yearly meetings and annual reviews? Steve has a much more regular and scalable system.
