Three men have been arrested by Gardaí investigating burglaries at a number of Irish golf clubs in recent days.

Gardaí investigating the burglaries carried out a search in Ashbourne, County Meath yesterday and seized two vehicles.Gardaí said the search was carried out, “following burglaries which had occurred in recent days at a number of golf clubs around the country”. All three are being questioned at separate garda stations in the Midlands. They can be held for up to seven days.
