Gameweek 28 is a double gameweek for Bournemouth and Luton but your longer-term strategy will probably determine which team you focus on with your transfers.
However, if you're not going to use a chip to get you through the next couple of gameweeks - either a wildcard this week or a Free Hit next week - then it's Luton players you really want to look at as they have a fixture in gameweek 29, at home to Nottingham Forest.Dominic Solanke is the standout pick for Bournemouth as long as he gets a clean bill of health from the medical team this week as he continues to play with an ongoing knee problem.
Adam Smith and Milos Kerkez are the starting full-backs at the moment but neither has particularly offered an attacking threat this season so I'm not sure there's much upside there unless you only plan to use them in gameweek 28 and fancy rolling the dice. Carlton Morris is an excellent option up front - nine attacking returns in his last nine games - and there are those not on the Free Hit contemplating bringing him in for Erling Haaland this week with Manchester City away at Liverpool, followed by a blank gameweek 29 and then a game at home to Arsenal in gameweek 30.
There's plenty to choose from but as Statman Dave pointed out in this week's Fantasy 606 podcast, Declan Rice at the bargain price of £5.4m could be an extremely useful asset to us going forward as we potentially look towards an expensive combination of Erling Haaland, Mo Salah and Son Heung-min in our squads.
