Major developments have come in the case more than six years after Tina Satchwell went missing
Over six and a half years after she was initially reported missing, the search for missing Tina Satchwell has been updated to a murder investigation.
Apart from her husband, the last reported sighting of Tina came one day prior at a car boot sale in Carrigtwohill. A search of CCTV cameras was conducted in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland as part of a joint effort between gardaí and the PSNI to determine if Tina had left the country. Gardaí also conducted a search of the woodland after they received a tip from a member of the public, who claimed to have seen a man with links to Tina in the woods on the night of her disappearance.
In another appearance, Richard suggested that Tina moved to the UK with the help of a third party and had started a new life for herself.
