Rangers star Todd Cantwell has been warned over his in-game discipline by Michael Beale after avoiding a second yellow card in the crucial Champions League play-off clash with PSV Eindhoven.
But with the game poised at 1-1 the pundits were left in disbelief as Cantwell lunged at PSV full-back Sergino Dest as the Barcelona loanee launched the ball forward with the Englishman already on a booking.
