Phil Foden opened the scoring after 32 minutes as he guided Kyle Walker's ball towards goal beyond Angus Gunn to send the away fans in the south side wild. Moments later skipper Andy Robertson had a moment to forget as his uncharacteristic lack of composure ended with a clearance landing at the feet of Bellingham who smashed home to make it two goals in three minutes as Gareth Southgate's men took control both on the park and in the scoreline.
Hailing the 20-year-old, Cantwell uploaded a picture of the midfielder celebrating with the caption: "He's on top of the world. What a player to watch man."
