Tom, 30, beamed while showing off his medal and cuddled up to his youngest son, before eldest Robbie could be seen draped in a Union Jack flag. The post, which has already had over 114,000 likes, saw friends and fans rush to the comment section to share they love and support. Tom and Dustin first met at a mutual friend's dinner in LA and they married in May 2017 at Bovey Castle in Devon. They now live in Los Angeles, with their children Robbie, six and Phoenix, one.
