Jacob Foster, 29, shoved the 25-year-old charity worker, who plunged to her death at Helensburgh Pier, on April 23, last year.Today, Foster, who suffers from a learning disability, was convicted of culpable homicide at the High Court in Glasgow."We welcome the conviction of Jacob Foster and hope that it brings some comfort to the family and friends of Charmaine O’Donnell who lost her life.
