Dr Kevin Lambe believes the Slovakian national is a compulsive killer
A leading forensic psychologist believes Jozef Puska would have killed many more women if he hadn’t been caught, comparing him to serial killer Ted Bundy.
More recently, he assessed the 14-year-old boy convicted of murdering mother-of-two Urantsetseg Tserendorj at the IFSC in 2021. In the case of Puska, he believes the female joggers who stumbled upon him during the horrific killing prevented further loss of life. “In a case like this life should mean life because he is so young. If he is released in 14 years he would still only be 47, that is very young to go on another killing spree,” he said.“This is about managing this man for the rest of his life now.”
He has met with violent criminals who have the outward facade of being normal, family men such as Slawomir Gierlowski, the sex offender who carried out random outdoor attacks.
