Fox News host Tucker Carlson Top-rated Fox News host Tucker Carlson has left the network with immediate effect, Fox announced today.
“Fox News media and Tucker Carlson have agreed to part ways,” the station said in a short statement. “We thank him for his service to the network as a host and prior to that as a contributor.” The announcement came a week after Fox News settled a defamation lawsuit with Dominion Voting Systems for $787.5 million over the network’s support for former President Donald Trump’s claims of election fraud.
Mr Carlson was a vocal supporter of Mr Trump and gave backing to many of his election conspiracy theories.
