Residents in a Nottinghamshire village with only a handful of houses and a pub have shared why they love living there. near Plumtree and Kinoulton, which is best known for its pub.
She said: "We know all of our neighbours around here, and we make sure we have a good relationship with them. We are really respectful of what's going on and they all feel welcome."We get a lot of people popping in for a drink after work and we do a evening on a Sunday which is really popular with our regulars too. I think we have settled in really well in the village and we know most people by name, and we know them by drink and we love having everyone in here.
When asked what made her move to the village, Vanessa replied: "Basically the pub and we had some friends that lived here and it's a pretty village." Speaking of her favourite parts of the village, Vanessa added: "The fact that it's got a very lovely pub, it has a lovely church that you can walk to and it's quiet.
