A spokesperson said:"We're aware some traffic lights are out across the city due to a power surge in the early hours of this morning that affected around 28% of our controllers. "We're currently resetting them and expect normal service before lunchtime. Apologies for any inconvenience." One person said on Facebook:"Traffic lights out next to Crossmyloof station. Watch out it's a free for all."It is understood that lights are affected around Glasgow but the city centre area has been fixed.
