Travis Kelce's rumoured romance with Taylor Swift has captured the imaginations of the American public but it seems the Kansas City Chiefs tight end's mum is seeing the funny side of the situation
Travis Kelce's mum has admitted that the increased interest in the NFL due to her son's relationship with Taylor Swift has saved the league from paying millions of dollars for PR.
The world-famous pop star was clad in the Chiefs' famous red colour as she cheered on Kelce alongside his mother Donna at Arrowhead Stadium. She would then appear once more in the crowd - this time alongside an ensemble of A-Listers - at the team's next game versus the New York Jets at MetLife Stadium.
Speaking on the ' Got It From My Momma ' podcast, she even made an amusing quip about the exposure that the 'Cruel Summer' singer has given the NFL as of late. Of course, TV networks have been unable to resist panning to Swift to see her reactions to the on-field drama. It seems as though her son Travis has inherited her carefree attitude when it comes to this kind of scenario, as well. The 34-year-old may be under the glare of the spotlight more than ever but he seemed pretty relaxed about it when discussing the coverage with his brother.In a heart-to-heart with elder sibling Jason Kelce, who has enjoyed a glittering career at the Philadelphia Eagles, he explained his feelings on the subject.
