Tributes have been raining in after the death of Brennans Bread founder, Joseph Brennan, was confirmed earlier today.
Mr Brennan first started baking loaves of what would become Brennans Bread over 50 years ago in a one room bakery on Fumbally Lane in Dublin. Mr Brennan’s death notice reads: “Brennan, Joseph A, – May 26, 2024. Surrounded by his loving family at home. Predeceased by his loving wife Jean.
