He later posted a video of himself partaking in a 'good Irish-style drinking contest' before performing a rendition of Boys of the Old Brigade.

The brother of self-proclaimed misogynistic influencer Andrew Tate has announced that he is willing to "help" his ancestral home of Ireland in a cryptic social media post before declaring: "My ancestors live through me".

Currently living in Romania, Andrew and Tristan are both set to stand trial in the eastern European country as part of an ongoing rape and human trafficking investigation - charges they deny. The pair also face charges in the UK including “sexual aggression”. The brother also deny the allegations, which date back to 2012 to2015.

He also claims not to have known his grandfather well, but added that he "heard great things about him" from his dad. The post was made after the internet personality picked up on a tweet from a woman who knew about the Irish family connection beforehand, imploring Tristan to share the photos of his grandfather, a "handsome" and "fine big fella" who she said would not "take any crap from anyone".
