There were two wrong-way drivers in the same area at the same time on I-15.
Troopers with Utah Highway Patrol said an impaired driver crashed when he drove the wrong way on the freeway near the North Salt Lake and Davis County line.No one was seriously injured, but as first responders tended to that crash, troopers said another wrong-way driver drove by them.

Cameron Roden said wrong-way driving has been a problem in Utah. "It just shows you the danger of impaired driving and things that can happen with these wrong-way driving incidents that we've been seeing in the state in the last several years,” Roden said. Data from the Department of Public Safety shows the number of wrong-way crashes and fatalities that have happened over the last five years. "Over the last several years, we've seen the number of incidents actually increase a little bit, but as far as those ending in crashes, we've seen those trending down a little bit, which is good,” Roden said. Roden said the overwhelming number of wrong-way driving incidents that end in crashes seems to be caused by impaired driving.
