|A Georgia man died from injuries in a Friday afternoon wreck in Madison County involving two tractor-trailer rigs, state troopers said today.
Kenwin C. Printup, 50, of Dalton, Ga., was fatally injured when his 2021 Peterbilt tractor-trailer hit logs being carried by a 2000 Freightliner tractor-trailer driven by Christopher A. Kidd, 50, of Memphis, troopers said. Printup was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene, troopers said. The wreck happened in Madison County about four miles east of Huntsville on U.S. 72 near the 105-mile marker.
