A lip reading expert decoded the reactions of Donald Trump's family during an interfaith prayer service where Bishop Mariann Budde urged Trump to show compassion towards immigrants and LGBTQ+ individuals. Trump's family appeared visibly uncomfortable during Budde's speech, with Tiffany expressing astonishment and Don Jr. saying he couldn't believe what he was hearing.
A lip reading expert has decoded the secret whispers exchanged by Donald Trump ’s family as the new president was lectured by Bishop Mariann Budde – who urged him to respect immigrants and LGBTQ+ citizens.
According to forensic lip reader Jeremy Freeman, Trump’s daughter Tiffany turned to her husband Michael Boulos and said: “Can you believe it?” Her older brother Don Jr was seen chatting to someone out of frame for a while after saying: “I can’t believe it, no”. Budde said to Trump in her speech: "They may not be citizens or have the proper documentation - but the vast majority... are not criminals. They pay taxes and are good neighbours, they are faithful members of our churches and mosques, synagogues and temples.
“But then even Don Jr glances to the side and Tiffany looks at her husband in a tie-sign that hints at some embarrassment or awkwardness. Lara looks like the most politically aware of the family group. She manages to sustain a stoic part-smile but her frequent eye-flick glances to Trump suggest she's wanting to tune into his reaction and display loyalty."

Meta's New Hate Speech Rules: Open Season on LGBTQ+ PeopleMark Zuckerberg's Meta has rolled out sweeping changes to its hate-speech rules, effectively allowing users to target LGBTQ+ individuals with harmful and discriminatory language. The platform now permits slurs and dehumanizing terms against LGBTQ+ people, despite the American Psychiatric Association's long-standing recognition that homosexuality is not a mental illness. Meta claims these changes are part of a move towards free speech, but critics argue they will create a more hostile and dangerous environment for marginalized communities.
