A sexual predator has been banned from standing near any woman he does not know in public.with her family.
Plain clothes British Transport Police officers saw the attack unravel when the 32-year-old boarded a train at Green Park Underground station and stood near the doors. At the next stop on the Piccadilly Line, the family got on the train and moments later, Hersi sexually assaulted the schoolgirl.Inner London Crown Court heard the victim was not aware of what had happened until police had intervened.
Hersi, of Limehouse, was jailed for 18 months after being found guilty of sexual assault after the incident on October 11 last year.
