Southgate has said he wants time to reflect on the tournament before deciding if he will continue on, with his contract running to after Euro 2024. It is understood Tuchel ‘would love to make a swift return to England as boss of the Three Lions’ after seeing ‘first-hand all the young talent at the country’s disposal’.
Chelsea’s Graham Potter, Leicester City’s Brendan Rodgers and Newcastle United’s Eddie Howe ‘would all be in the frame’ if Southgate decided he needed a new challenge.
