It’s that time of year again, the start of spring, leading us to the opening day of the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival.
Despite the recent harsh weather, organizers believe this year could be the best bloom year they have ever had.
“We love to put the festival into festival,” said Tulip Town partner Andrew Miller. “Tulip Town becomes a little town and so we put on a party and it’s on a farm and we’re so excited to invite all our friends over to really celebrate spring.”
