A Premier League move is on Sammie Szmodics’ wishlist, but he could end up further afield this summer
The Istanbul side are preparing a €15m bid for the 28-year-old, whose 33 goals this season have put him on the watchlist at a number of clubs.
However, they could all be gazumped by Champions League bound Galatasaray, who, according to reports, are seriously considering a bid for the two-time capped star. While they scored 92 goals in 38 games, they are eager to strengthen their options in the final third and see Szmodics, who can play in midfield and across the front-line, as a potential addition.
