The crash in Burlington County involved a car and a tractor-trailer.

Two men were killed Sunday in a wreck in Burlington County involving a car and a tractor-trailer, State Police said.

Pedro Morales Roias, 28, and Rolando Perez Aragon, 21, both of Bridgeton suffered fatal injuries in the crash on the New Jersey Turnpike in Westampton Township, police said. They were passengers in a car that was hit by a tractor-trailer about 5:15 a.m. on the northbound highway, police said. The two vehicles collided as the trucker tried to pass the car, and the car moved into the tractor-trailer’s lane of travel, police said.
