'Drugs cause misery in our communities'
The men, aged 32 and 36, were charged in connection with alleged drug offences.
Acting on intelligence received, officers stopped a car on Markinch Road in Port Glasgow around 6.40pm on Wednesday, July 5.The two men are expected to appear in court today . Detective Superintendent Craig Willison said: “This was a significant drugs recovery that has taken £150,000 worth of drugs out of our communities.“This operation underlines our commitment to the Serious Organised“Anyone with information or concerns about drugs should contact us on 101, or make a call anonymously to the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111."
