Gardaí arrested two men in their 50s following the massive cannabis seizure
Two men have been arrested after 120kgs of cannabis worth almost €2.5 million was seized in the Meath area.
In total, the officers seized approximately 120kgs of herbal cannabis with an estimated value of €2,400,000 in the Meath area. All of the drugs seized will be sent to Forensic Science Ireland for further analysis.An Garda Síochána arrested two men in their 50s who are currently detained at a Garda Station in County Meath under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1996. A spokesperson for Revenue told the Irish Mirror that investigations into these seizures are ongoing.
