Two men due in court in Wexford charged in relation to money laundering following €400K cash seizure

The men, a 50-year-old Irish national and a Polish man aged 35, were arrested by gardai near Rosslare, Wexford on suspicion of being involved in an offence of money laundering.

A garda spokesperson said: "This interaction led to the discovery and seizure of an estimated €400,000 in cash and the arrest of two males, arising from suspicion of their involvement in an offence of Money Laundering, contrary to the provisions of section 7 of the Criminal Justice Act, 2010."
