Two men due in court after they were seen 'trying car doors'

Two men are due to appear in court after they were allegedly seen 'trying car doors'.

Police received a report at around 4.15am of two men reportedly trying car doors near to Brodie Park in Paisley.

A Facebook post on the Renfrewshire and Inverclyde Police Division said the men were traced a short time later and were in possession of"various suspected stolen items". Two men, aged 28 and 29, have been arrested and are due to appear at Paisley Sheriff Court on Friday, February 3.spokesperson said:"Two men, aged 28 and 29 have been arrested after police received a report of two men trying car doors near to Brodie Park, in Paisley."The men are due to appear at Paisley Sheriff Court on Friday, February 3, 2023."
