Ireland head coach Andy Farrell has resisted the urge to make wholesale changes for Argentina clash after All Blacks victory but has freshened things up on the bench
Andy Farrell has made just one change to his Ireland starting line-up but Leinster duo Sam Prendergast and Thomas Clarkson are poised to make their Test debuts against Argentina on Friday night .
Aki, 35, has paid the price for making a series of uncharacteristic errors against New Zealand but otherwise Farrell has resisted the temptation to make further changes. Frawley's provincial team-mate Prendergast primed for his Test bow after stand-out performances for Ireland's under-20s and, more recently, for Emerging Ireland, and having been brought on this year's summer tour to South Africa by Farrell. Prendergast has started two games for Leinster this season and featured 16 times last season, starting on four occasions.
Cian Healy is among the replacements and if he features then the 37-year-old will join Brian O'Driscoll on 133 caps, which is Ireland appearance record.
