with the character of Shirley , though I don’t want to say too much about that here. Even going as far back as your radio play,I’ll say; I don’t know ifIt’s this darkly comic take on Little Red Riding Hood, and even then you have the grandmother saying to her male counterpart, “at least you’ve got a character, at least you’re not lying around like some subservient moron whose entire fate rests on the whim of men.
But I do get offended that every bloody TV show now seems to have a murdered woman at the center. Jeez, I hope I’m not part of that gang.I would like a moratorium, like you can’t do that. Even during, even just touching on it, the dead daughter, just writing it and filming it, with the photos, it’s problematic. It’s not something that I don’t think about.
