Tyrone woman Catherine has shared the three changes she made to her mindset and lifestyle to achieve her fantastic six stone weight loss - she has never felt better
The Tyrone woman had tried every diet under the sun to no avail.
Speaking to RSVP Live, Catherine said: "I was overweight all my life. I don't think there's a diet that I haven't tried. I tried everything. I just found, growing up, I never stuck to anything. "That was the start of my journey," she said. "I didn't do any calorie counting or anything. I changed my portions and I reduced my takeaways."
One big thing that Catherine changed this time around was building up the confidence to go and do regular exercise classes.
