The U.K. is considering sending jet fighters to Ukraine, a government spokesman said. The announcement came during President Zelensky's visit to London.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky arrived in the U.K. on Wednesday. The visit is Zelensky’s second known overseas trip since the start of the war and comes as he seeks to bolster support for more military aid amid signs of an impending Russian offensive.

The Ukrainian leader met U.K. Prime Minister Rishi Sunak and gave a speech to the British Parliament. Later in the day, he was set to fly to Paris and meet both French President Emmanuel Macron and German leader Olaf Scholz, who will fly to the city for the meeting, according to French and German officials. Mr. Zelensky is then expected to travel to Brussels where he will meet European Union leaders at a summit that starts on Thursday.
