CLEVELAND, Ohio- Authorities arrested six people and recovered four firearms after a standoff that lasted for hours Wednesday on the city’s West Side.
Members of the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force received a tip that Cullen was residing at a home in the 2700 block of Seymour Avenue. People in the house left it when authorities knocked and announced they were there, but Cullen refused. After several hours of negotiations, Cullen surrendered to officers.Authorities arrested five others, including Emma Raifsnyder, 20, of Cleveland.
