The iconic Irish group teased their upcoming residency during a SuperBowl commercial
Legendary Irish rock band U2 are back with a bang as they have confirmed a new Las Vegas residency, however one key band member will not be joining.
The group, minus Larry Mullen Jr will lead a special run of shows, opening a brand new 4D state-of-the-art venue, MSG Sphere, in Las Vegas."It's going to take all we've got to approach the Sphere without our bandmate in the drum seat, but Larry has joined us in welcoming Bram van den Berg who is a force in his own right," Bono, The Edge and Adam Clayton said in a statement.
These, which include classics like With or Without You, One and Beautiful Day, are re-recorded and reimagined for 2023 in sessions spanning the last two years.U2's upcoming residency in Las Vegas at the end of this year marks 30 years since their climactic ZOO TV Tour, culminating in Tokyo in a multimedia immersive performance.
