Ubisoft's forthcoming line-up"on time and at the expected level of quality" to help turn the company around. The unions' statement also criticises the more general development processes behind video games which often involve long hours and tight deadlines - or, as the unions put it:"the absurdity of the conditions of production of the games and the way in which our colleagues and our comrades are treated as weights and burdens that should be got rid of".
Word of a strike at Ubisoft headquarters in Paris - the company's home - marks a fresh kind of escalation as discontent at its leadership continues.Create your ReedPop ID & unlock community features and much, much more!
