Don't exercise outside! Londoners are warned to limit outdoor fun due to clouds of pollution in south east caused by days of warm weather
Now Londoners have been told not to go outside much today due to big clouds of pollution from Europe. Older people and those with health conditions have been told to limit ‘strenuous physical exercise’.
Sadiq Khan has even urged people to walk or cycle around the city to limit the air pollution from vehicles. Imperial College London said fine particulate pollution would reach ‘high’ levels on Wednesday and Thursday. Forecasters announced that Britain’s mini-heatwave is set to last for ‘at least the next seven days’
